would a remote for a tv serial EEPROM be supported by USBJTAG NT? The DCT remote controls have 6 pin headers on the back on top of the batteries under the cover for programming JP1.
And would i be able to program my TV code into the remote?

I once looked at. There is a program that uses the LPT port. I think this is low speed protocol. So far I have no plan to support it unless I get enough information to get started. I do have a lot of remote control and it might be a fun project.

yea that would be great, be able to program your personal devices as default code for your tv code and other devices as a default code. so when the battery's go dead it won't lose the code for your devices.
