I programmed a 2224 ph6 BUT WONT LOAD THE BLUE STRIP WITH THE TVGUID, I TRIED EVERY POSSIBLE THING FROM THE FORUM BUT NO SUCCESS, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A HAND OR SEND A PM

Did the box have a tv guide before? What did you program the box with? Maybe the write was bad, maybe you don't have matching firmware?

yes it was a working ph6, i still have its original nvram and it still have service with the cc

Try restoring the original nvram and see if it returns.

already did and gives me a "0", but when programed with another nvram and firm it works fine but without the menu or tvguide

Try putting the unit in zero state then go dia10 to make sure there is one application that's in the box if so follow the instructions to knock non-ph units out of zero it should download guide when downloading firmware and on-demand if you're not knowledgeable of what im saying then ask questions else where
