Found Address= 00000000 MX25L12805D

soldiers equal to sbg6580
I put 3.3 v to pin 2, then I can read the flash, but the image is damaged ( I think), when I put the image saved, the modem dont boot again. someone has a backup of this model?

That seams to be same Flash as the TM802G For which I made and tested and XML. If Not It should not be Dificult to Make the XML For it since the Software Can ID the Flash Correctly. If the Same as TM802G you should have a 16MB BackUp.

According to DataSheet its a 128MB Flash so a New XML will be Needed to Properly Make a BackUp of Flash.

DENSITY & MODE:
12805D: 128Mb

Full DataSheet Here.

YES Its Not a Good Read. Its 16MB and According to Datasheet this Flash is 128MB's. The Only thing you Need is the Proper XML to Read the Full 128MB Flash Then Read the Full Flash of a Good One to Fix this Bricked One. Once you can do a full read, I would bet its Just a Matter of writing the Boot Sector and the Target should be Un Bricked with all Original INFO Intact.

What size of the flash for DPQ3925? What is your purpose to have the "right" XML? You want to program the individual segment?

The posted backup is No Good, If you wrote that to your bricked unit, you just further Bricked It and you compleatly 00ed out the flash. At this point al you can do to fix Bricked is a Full Clone as you already eliminated the OEM CERTS By zeroing out the Flash without a Good BackUp.
