motorola sc415 jtag/bdm possible?

is there any bdm/jtag option available for this cpu?
looks to be a 10 pin header of sorts next to cpu.

Can you find the datasheet? Googled gives very little info.
Is it a ECU of some sort?

this is an audi tcu.

eprom chip is 27c4096 plcc44. i have original file read from chip with programmer.

27CXXXX is too old to be supported. I think this could be another BDM target for MC6833X CPU.
