Just get myself some VT1005 off the eBay and I will try to unlock it with USB JTAG NT.
There is a little bit work to open the metal shield to allow JTAG pins accessible. The case is exactly like a DCT700. (I can pop the DCT700 PCB in).
Motorola's power supply is very good. This is going to be good device for asterisk usage for office.
VT1005 testing soon.

I have finished the device and this device is much "cleaner" than the VT2x42. After unlocked it it is simply a good simple VOIP device. The power supply is very good.
The JTAG is on the back side and it is mirrored. With proper script unlock this device will be only 2-3 seconds. I used a pogo pins to hold it and it works nicely.
I have tested three version of the device. VT1005, VT1005V and VT1005S (This is simply unlocked version).
Interesting is this device has exact the same case as DCT700 and DCT700 PCB can fit in nicely.
